The album is material from Rick Ross’ earlier recordings and will be released on the label which discovered Rick Ross in 2000, Suave House.

Well lets face it. Rick Ross is what he is. Hes a fat raPPER WHO SPEAKS ON NOTHIN BUT DRUGS TECHNICALLY. Everyone knows this. Hes made fun of and hated on constantly because of his repetitiveness and lack of skill. Now if you get past all this you may enjoy this album. We get it Rick you is a boss. Now onto the album:

Basically this album is what you would expect from Ross. Speaking on Drugs, Killing, Money. Hes got a few good features within it. [Devin the Dude, Scarface, Reed Dollaz, Gillie Da Kid] This album lacked in what Port of Miami didnt. It lacked a catchy song or a club banger. Now to me catchy songs like Push It and Hustlin were what saved Port of Miami from being a bad album. [It definitely wasnt good though] This album lacked that greatly. It seemed much more underground/gangsta rap then his previous shit.

A good thing I can say on the album or on Rick Ross is that I enjoyed more tracks on this album. Although I think Port of Miami had better singles this was a more well rounded album but still had nothing that stood out as a great track. Basically the same exact things over and over and over.

Just tons of repetitive shit that'll leave you asking yourself, "Didnt I just listen to this track?" Lots of saying nigga, lots of killing, lots of drugs. Classic Rick Ross.

Now as I said a few things popped in to mind while listening. Rick Ross is showing more maturity as a rapper. He seems to be getting the hang of the rap game a little more. He shows more promising signs that he'll become better. He will never be a great lyricist but hes becoming better and is showing improvement.

Verdict:Rick you needa stick to being a gangster cuz rap aint for you. If you liek Rick Ross then go ahead and peep dis album. If u dont then ur view wont change after listening.
