This mixtape is a good example why Jadakiss is on lots of Hip-Hop Head's Top 5 Or Alive list. Now mind you, am not a diehard fan of Jadakiss (although this mixtape has changed my opinion about the dude and has most defiantly made me a fan of the dude) but this mixtape is a must have for almost anyone. While I am not going to go track by track and anazlye them independantly, I can tell you one thing : this mix does Jadakiss justice. I've always know Jadakiss had skills when he stepped to the M-I-C (i heard the Beanie Sigel disses) this mixtape let me awe striken with witty punchlines and lyricism thats missing in today's Hip-Hop game. This mix includes freestyles, tracks from his albums, as well as tracks that he's been featured in. The format this mixtape is set up is a la greatest verses style. In other words the DJ picked out only the best parts of a given track to show you that homeboy really is one of the Top 5 Dead or Alive. That is not to say that the rest of the track is garbage or anything, but when you have a task as to prove that a rapper belongs on the Top 5 Dead or Alive, you have to do that. My final thoughts : Download this mixtape and find out why Jadakiss is as hard as it gets !
