Cocaine Muzik by Yo Gotti

It's an album. I realize DJ Smallz Presents, but WHY put Southern Smoke on every song...it's not a mixtape. Anyways...

Intro
DJ Smallz talking, I hate his voice, fail.

Talk To Em'
Alright song...except for the southern smoke shoutouts...and Khaled has an appearance. C. It's a fail.

Umma Do Me
A bunch of Southern Smoke shit at the start (including Ludacris' "it's southern smoke motherfuckaaaa") etc. All that takes 30 seconds, songs only 2 minutes. It's alright once it gets started but I gotta give it a fail.

Like To Shine
Drug/ Club/ I'm better then you song. Average

Pure Cocaine
Take a guess about what the song is about. Chorus is horrible and annoying and the random words Gucci shouts out are annoying. His verse is alright though, probably because this is the kind of song that closest fits with him. Young Cash has a decent verse to. Over all an ok cocaine song. Just ditch the chorus and it'd be good.

Product Of The Streets
Very Jeezyish sounding track. Short and sweet. Good track.

My Niggas
Reminiscent of Lil Waynes "I Miss My Dawgs". A heartfelt dedication to Gotti's dead homies, very good track.

Aww Man
Another clubish song with anonnoying shouts during the chorus. Fairly good verse by Juelz with some clever similies, decent one from Gotti.

Keep It On The Low
Another song with an over abundance of southern smoke shout outs at the start. Last verse starts off sounding kinda Lil Wyte-ish. More cocaine talk, nothing very creative but an alright song to listen to.

Hoody
Song about robbery, Gotti paints a pretty good picture of it. All Star spits some good lines too. Good song. "Bank to Cashville where it ain't never been ten a brick, they hollerin' tenakee but they ain't really seen it, I'm yellin ten a half and yea I really mean it".

Nite Life
Club song talking about Gotti's night life, parting at clubs, etc.

We Gangsta
Good verse by Gotti, All Star. Birdman...no.

Back In The Hood
Short track discussing what happens when he goes back to the hood, what people want, etc. Good, short track,

Hello
Another short song talking about making cocaine into crack, selling it and uh a bunch of random lines.

Keep It Gangsta
Dope beat. Gotti talking about keeping it gangsta (obviously) without the need of colors and shit. Don't know/care which one is Boosie and who's Webbie...but they were both..gangsta. Nothing special.

Let's Vibe
Beat reminds me of Necros "I Need Drugs". Chick song, good verses from Gotti actually sticking to the subject the whole time. Pleasure P was fitting for the chorus, though it could have been a female instead.

Givin' Up
Song talking about everyday struggles and how even though everything was against him he didn't but rappers weren't making it big in his city. He realized though that you can't sell dope forever and stuck to rapping. Good song.

Real Talk
Shit. It is what it is.

Walkin' In Memphis
Talking about Memphis, throwing a fuck you up to Memphis rappers other then MJG and 8Ball for representing his city wrong. Beef starter?

What It Is
Mandatory club song. Decent verse from Gotti and surprisingly a decent verse from Bohagon.

Overall: 4/10. Below average, no where near his best, nothing special at all or any real standout tracks. Worth maybe one listen. If you aren't a fan of this kind of music obviously you won't like it at all.
