Review:

Ahhhh well we have arrived at Canibus's new album. The much debated rapper who was blessed ith god given rap talent has released a new lyrical album by the name of "For Whom The Beat Tolls". Now Canibus certainly has his ups and downs with his albums. He's produced classics such as Rip the Jacker and Mic Club and then he's produced not so good albums like C True Hollywood Stories. From my listening experiences with him I find myself often in a trance. His words literally flow like poetry and your mesmerized by his abilities. Tracks such as Poet Laureatte Infinity v003 and v004 are truly lyrical masterpieces. Canibus proves he is a master of the mic once again in this album. Javelin Fangs is also a rather good track. As a matter of fact they are all pretty good. Now lets not get carried away they're good but not great. Is this album as good as Mic Club and Rip the Jacker? No. Should you still take a listen? Yes of course. If you like good lyricism you'll like this album its that simple. Now of course this isnt a perfect album. But I see no major flaws within it. I liked the album and the creativity Canibus has in his skits/lyrics.

The Good: Great Lyricism, good length of song time. You get those "Wow" moments while listening

The Bad: Some of the songs kind of sound the same and you tend to forget who your listening to.

Verdict: Peep Dis Shit

Overall Score: C+
