Dreams of Cthulhu (AKA Rough Magik)
It starts with a woman sacrificing her two kids to Cthulhu, which she thought was a dream. The "Night Scholars" (the people who stop the dreamers from communicating with the sleeping god) go to an old (friend?) with some random drugs they give him to get him to relieve his time in the war.
After that it turns to an incredibly bad war movie. A some six person squadron running around some empty fields, encountering some soldiers that went insane with one of them drawing a random sign over and over. The come to a house, with some being that took over the old man that used to live there. He tells the soldier about how he came from beyond the stars, and that the sigil stops the dreams.
The ending shows dozens of "dreamers" in cells with the Sigil behind them, and then it ends.
It's COMPLETELY random, boring, and incredibly stupid. The only redeeming quality is this is the second movie to actually show Cthulhu, although it's as brief as in Call of Cthulhu. But this time it doesn't look like a giant puppet, it actually looks pretty good.
However overall it was bad.

Terrible Old Man
Wow. This was amazingly disappointing. I have yet to read the story but I already know that this movie fucked it up. The story was writen in 1920, but the main characters drive around calling each other pricks, telling them to shut the fuck up, etc. Not the kind of thing for a Lovecraft adaptation.
Three robbers are driving through a town planning to go to one of their uncles boats, they are running from the cops with their loot. They stop at a restaurant and see a creepy old man, who pays for his coffee with a gold coin. They decide to go to his house at night and steal his gold, what ensues is terror.
The acting was bad, the plot was terribly executed, and it was an overall bad movie. If you didn't see the "H.P. Lovecraft's" at the start you would have thought it was a random B movie.
5/10
From Beyond
It's listed as "From Beyond trailer" on the box, which kind of makes sense as there is another From Beyond movie that is a full feature film.
Edward Pretorius goes to Crawford Tillinghast's house with a gun, talking about the things he has seen. He arrives and Crawford brings him into the attic to show him his working invention, The Resonator which awakens your senses to allow you to see things we weren't meant to see.
Acting was alright, although Crawford's character was kind of off. The plot was good, but the fact that it was a short film (or trailer?) makes it hard for people not familiar with Lovecraft to be drawn in. It was an enjoyable short, but watch the full movie for better enjoyment.
7/10
Experiment 17
A completely random short featuring Hitler and the Nazi's trying to decode and perform rituals from the Necronomicon. It's filmed like a documentary, and the ending we watch a film of them doing a ritual.
However the film is incredibly bad, it's impossible to make out more then a few shapes of people and it looks like a snow storm. Then somehow everyone is ripped to pieces, and it's over. Bad production, bad story, completely random, not recommended.
2/10
Experiment 18
Better then 17, but still weird. This time it has one of the surviving Nazi scientists being sought out by the Nazi's and brought back to redo the experiment. This time we can actually see what's going on, but it still doesn't make much sense and the ending is incredibly anti-climatical. Again, not recommended.
3/10
Overall
Not a good collection. Unlike the first film, none of these ones were even enjoyable. Some of them started horrible from the first 5 minutes (Old man, Experiments) and others started alright but failed to go anywhere. Stick to Vol. 1 and skip Vol. 2 altogether.
Final Grade As a Set: 5/10
